The Easley location could be better by just simply doing their job. If someone orders something get that item, not one close to it. Customer service polices could be brought up to the 21st century as well. Pitiful.

I understand things are tough right now and everyone is on edge but I do believe that the employees should still remain professional when checking customers out. They should not all be arguing in front of 50+ people and to top it off one of them was the blonde haired girl with glasses who was the greeter !

terrible customer service. very rude and unprofessional by Don and his associates in the hunting department. lost a customer for sure today
I just placed an order for a swimming pool so my husband can pick up. He wasn’t going to make it on time so I called to see if I could be helped with changing the pick up option online and the person on the phone said no the he didn’t know how. I asked to speak to a manager and he refused. That also. Absolutely did nothing on his end to help me resolve my issue. Horrible customer service. Never using this location again.
Worst customer care in a long time ! Limited communication waiting they said order was never placed . Did new order which put me at end of line. Store manager left haven’t seen Him in an hour and half ? I hope he is ok
We have been trying to order weights for a curbside pickup for weeks now and none are available??? Very frustrated!!!

RecommendedI do recommend this Academy Sports store. Although, the store associates should be wearing masks and gloves for customer protection and theirs. If the management is not allowing this, it is WRONG and I will never shop at this store again! Sales should never be put before the saftey of their employees and customers!!
