This store has the worst customer service from checkers to management walking in front of customers. The last 2 times we went in there it was a bad experience. The cashier at customer service was in a bad mood and cursing because she didn't get promoted. Well.... With a crap attitude like that I can see why. This time management actually walked in front of us cutting us off and giving crappy looks back when they walked past and the customer service had zero interaction with us other than saying "Thanks" with her bad attitude... read more
Spent 15 minutes standing at your Firearms counter while department employees talked and stocked shelves. After no one would help me, I left and went to Cabelas. They were friendly and professional and made the sale. After this experience in your store, I won't be back.
Horrible went to look for some work boots for my husband. Needless to say we spent forever cause a diff size to every pair in every box! So we pretty much went through every box to get matches back together. Boots all were scratched up a little to a lot. Checked out and asked for money back and supposedly they gave it back. But we searched our car for a hour looking for the money and still haven’t found it. So I pray that if they “did” give the cash back whoever got it God blesses you with it.
