They do not honor the prices marked on their items. We got to the register and the item was over double the price of what was marked.
Bullshit return policy just walked out ths store walked right back in and told me sorry cant return it will not be shopping here anymore
The lady behind the customer service desk got an attitude with my wife and I when we asked to look at some costa glasses we had been standing there for 5 min when we ask she looked up several times and saw us there and just keep ignoring us she told us when she is not busy she would help us
I have shopped a lot at this store over the years but never again. They find it acceptable to lie to their customers! When promising me they would hold an item and assured me there was no need for me to pay in advance, they went ahead and sold it anyways.
I'm not happy with Acadamy in Lake Jackson Tx because as much money as they take from Brazoria county they do not contribute a dime to local non profits. I have asked several times for help with our group only to be told "Contact Corporate for donations". Thats is pretty sorry in my books, ranks right up the with the Bucees organization.
