Great customer service, bathrooms were clean! And loved all the Clearance sales!! I bought a book bag that was on clearance, but it didn't have a tag which I didn't know til I got up to the check out counter, so the lady at checkout went out of her way to try to figure out how to ring it up. I like someone that isn't afraid to go ask for help to ring it up instead of standing there forever, calling someone over, and still can't figure it out. Great job employees!!

Just lost a really big customer. Went to the store where I purchased a 30oz yeti lid w/straw for Christmas present. Needed a 20oz lid instead & could not find receipt so when I asked to exchange it they said it would only give me back $1.96 for the unopened 30oz. lid & said I would have to pay for &9.99-1.96 to just exchange the lid. If I had been able to get back to this side of the city before now then I would have returned it earlier. Where the hell has customer service gone. And you wonder why business is down. I spend quite a bit of money at this store however today I put down my things and walked out after standing in line for several minutes as employees and managers stood around, watched and did nothing. The only line open was the customer service. The store was clearly fully staffed. There is no excuse for poor service like this.
My daughter went in there to purchase a gun today. First off the guy that way back there, white hair, looked like he had rather been somewhere else. Hello, it's your job to be there. Secondly my husband said she was buying it and the clerk said "she is or you?" Um, you let her hold it then ask who was buying it. She's 21. And third he asked if her license had the current address.
