I don't appreciate getting a certified letter, when I LEFT the dentist office, you should of assume that I was inactivating my kids dental records and any further visits. Dr. Loochtan is not kid friendly and instead of making my 2 year old feel comfortable he kicks him out. I regret ever going to this place. I will be leaving my review where and all over! I would appreciate NO further contact from your office or I will call you on harassment!
Sequoia had mouth work done today. I always appreciate the phone call checking in on her!! it's the personal touches on why we stay with Dr loochtan's office.
best dentist and staff around!!!!! My son that has high functioning autism is at total ease with this doc and said he is his favorite dentist...... we have been to many!!!! highly recommended!!!
Dr.L and the staff are always great with my boys and nice to all of us. The first dentist I ha e ever went and never had a problem getting the kids to go... thank you all so very much!
My daughter had dental surgery at children's hospital a few weeks ago with Dr Loochtan, and I was very impressed with how much he cared about my child's safety and well being. He called the night before and the night of surgery and gave us his personal cell in case we had any last minute questions or concerns. Children's Hospital Dental Surgery center was amazing as well. We were quite nervous but the anesthesiologist really eased our minds.
Thank you so much for treating my children with kindness and respect. So glad that we found your office and wonderful a staff!!! Dr Loochton is straightforward with what he has to say but you can feel the caring here has for his little patients! Thank you!!!
Dr. Loochtan was wonderful in dealing with an urgent dental issue with a child who is terrified of the dentists office due to a previously bad experience. They were able to get us in same day as a new patient and the staff was amazing and very friendly! Dr. Loochtan took the time to explain everything and put my child at ease. Highly recommended!
My son Peyton loves Dr loochtan!! He is great with him! Which makes the experience even better!
