The staff is courteous and professional. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes beyond my appointment time. Dr. Duckett is extremely knowledgeable and I value his opinion. He is also part conservative in his treatment, which I appreciate. He takes the time top analyze the problem before suggesting treatment.
Felt very Comfortable Doctor and staff were very nice, got all my questions answered and Now I know I need to have my knee fixed and I feel confident I came to the right place!
2 days before my surgery I was told I had to see a cardiologist. The staff made sure I got in to one, sop I did not have top reschedule. That meant a lot to me.
First time meeting Dr. Duckett. Very impressed with his manner, he took his time talking to me and I would recommend him highly.

The surgical experience at Northside-Cumming was awesome - very professional. The office staff was very helpful when I needed documentation for my time away from work . The nursing staff was friendly and courteous. I have and will continue to recommend this practice!!
