The office staff was Professional, pleasant, efficient and fabulous. Just cannot say enough about how easy the process was. They helped me work through challenging insurance issues.
Not quick top give pain meds or cortisone shot, instead had Mari done and physical therapy prescribed . Once mri results in gave his recommendation for most viable procedure option for pain.
Dr. Duckett patiently answered my questions and explained options for healing my knees. He is very knowledgeable and I trust his judgment for treatment.
The staff and doctor were friendly and knowledgable. My only suggestion for improvement would be less wait time.
The visit overalls was very professional and staff was very nice and through. The Doctor took great interest in what I had to say and offered explanations and advise.
My bicep ruptured at my shoulder and I made an appointment with Academy Orthopedics. I made the appointment at one location but went to a different location. Fortunately Dr. Duckett was there, heard me, and was kind enough top see me. Quick, accurate, diagnosis and I was having surgery the following week. The experience with Dr. Duckett and the staff at Academy was excellent.
We love Dr. Duckett! He is extremely thorough and takes his time with my daughter. His staff always calls back quickly to answer questions or to get my daughter an appointment.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr Duckett Great experience!
I was treated for a wrist injury by Dr. Duckett. I had x-rays taken. The wait was not long at all. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the staff including the receptionist, the x-ray tech and Dr. Duckett, were friendly and helpful. Dr. Duckett took time to explain my injury. I would recommend this clinic to friends and family.
