Love dr duckett. He did an excellent job under some trying circumstances. Love his sense of humor and bedside manor.
They care beyond explanation!!! They remind you of your appointment via all forms of communication. They greet you like family and remember why you had a previous appointment. You are always a major voice of agreement as to how to treat your pain. You are never a patient but a person they care deeply about!
I had a meniscus tear that was removed. I had an excellent experience with the outpatient surgery and with recovery.
Very professional from check in, to X-ray, to the doctor. He showed me my X-ray and explained what was going on.
Dr. James W. Duckett is excellent. He is very nice, caring and thoughtful. He explains everything and makes sure that you understand. I am so glad that he did my surgery!!! What a blessing!
I love Dr. Duckett because he is very thorough, he explains what is going on with my condition. The staff as well.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Duckett took the time to listen top my concerns and provided a diagnosis and instructions for healing the problem.
Dr. Duckett is very professional and compassionate. He is also extremely knowledgeable in his field and that is evident by the fact that he takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns and provides a detailed, yet comprehensive explanation. I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Duckett to anyone needing medical attention in the orthopedic field. Also, the staff is always kind and friendly.
Very good he hears what you say I like that I will tell people others about how well he told me what to do all his staff are nice.
