Worst company ever, stay away. Besides the fact that it took them more than 4 months to close on a simple refi that should of taken 3 weeks, we continue to have problems with their lack of follow through. Edward Arvizo and his team provided unprofessional, messy and unaccountable work.
Our experience with Tera Lynn Greene & Aimee Calvet was incredible. We previously started with another Mortgage Company, Nova Home Loans, recommended by our bank. They left us feeling very uncomfortable and frustrated. We then switched to Academy Mortgage who was recommended by Dan Arnold, a friend of ours who is a Realtor.
