Look, individually, they’re all very pleasant people. The dental hygienists were friendly and knowledgeable, and the receptionists, polite and courteous. So instead of pointing fingers, I would like to simply detail my experience with the clinic here. I went in for a general checkup and cleaning, which they spread out to two appointments. Everyone at Academy Dental has been welcoming and highly skilled. Bev at reception on the second floor is warm, caring and welcoming. I appreciate her management style as related to the ebb and flow of those of us who visit. Dr. Stakiw, Anna and Pat the dental assistants and Mina the hygienist are kind, competent and good teachers for those of us who benefit from new ideas and new ways of thinking about the art of dentistry.
i love this place, lovely heritage house , cosy.and personal. Staff are welcoming and super friendly. Eases going to dentist . Has a great nmassage chair while waiting.
I have been going to Academy Dental for years now and have always been very impressed by their service. From the receptionists to the dental cleaning staff and the dentists they all make you feel comfortable and confident in their work abilities. They really are the best!
