Great staff and Doctors. They respectfully take care of me and provide all the medical services which I need.
This is my Primary Care Drs Office. Dr Shapiro is great, he takes his time with you. Everyone in the practice is nice & professional. It's in the Shopping Center,(across from hosp) where Hobby Lobby was years ago, Northside Gwinnett has taken over most of the s/c. Better than it being vacant. Parking is easy & always have vacant spots.
I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service provided at this office. The receptionist is unprofessional and unhelpful, and the nurse responsible for pre-authorizations does not follow up in a timely manner. I had an appointment on May 6th and am still waiting on an alternative for my medication. When I asked for names to escalate my concerns, I was denied that information. Dr. Patel has been my daughters' pediatrician for over 5 years. He is excellent and my daughters love him very much. Dr. Tara Lane is my PCP and is also an excellent professional who has always maintained good communication with me. If I could rate him with more stars I would.
This review is well overdue, i was diagnosed with diabetes a while back and ever since have been wondering in the dark seeking medical attention. From one office to another, fighting with different insurances, leading to other complications and eventually a stroke at the age of 35.
