Our experience with Dr. Kraft was deeply concerning. Over the course of nearly two months, my father became progressively more ill while a life threatening heart condition went undiagnosed. When he ultimately ended up at another hospital system, the cardiac issue was identified immediately in ER and was treatable at the initial stage of decline, but by then my father had become critically ill, making the only hope a lifesaving procedure that could have likely resulted in death. If I could give a negative 5 I would. I tried for 3 days for them to answer their phone. Front staff is incredibly rude and careless. I worked in healthcare for 36 years and this is unacceptable. Do not waste your time here. Dr Kraft and his PA were very kind but the abuse from the staff is ridiculous.
Was not impressed. Like other reviews, he is arrogant and very rough!
The best cardiologist. My husband had a heart cath in July 2023. Found the Aortic Valve was very tight. Referred him to Bo Yang MD at UM. I worked with Phillip Kraft for years in the Cath lab. Very knowledgeable.
