If I could give a negative 5 I would. I tried for 3 days for them to answer their phone. Front staff is incredibly rude and careless. I worked in healthcare for 36 years and this is unacceptable. Do not waste your time here. Dr Kraft and his PA were very kind but the abuse from the staff is ridiculous.
Was not impressed. Like other reviews, he is arrogant and very rough!
The best cardiologist. My husband had a heart cath in July 2023. Found the Aortic Valve was very tight. Referred him to Bo Yang MD at UM. I worked with Phillip Kraft for years in the Cath lab. Very knowledgeable.
Bad 1st impression. 2nd, 3rd too! I should have listened to my gut! His arrogance and lack of compassion toward patients spouse, was sad. The 2 stents he used were too small and failed in a month! Had to add another inside those, 2 more times. In less than a years time! Horrific scary year! Second opinions with UOfM and CLEVELAND CLINIC! Dr Kraft failed his patient MULTIPLE TIMES! Would never trust him or his team of docs! A year + of worrying, will it fail again?
