I had the best experience with Dr. Parik! I had PPA & PPD which resulted in me being diagnosed with Broken Heart Syndrome. Dr. Parik was amazing to work with. He was so comforting in the hospital when I was very nervous about everything. He also was always so great during office visits as well. The office staff and medical assistants were great as well!
There is a level of medical expectation for care and service that should be the bare minimum, and sadly it's not here. They didn't even reach the bar.
the office staff here is UNBELIEVABLY rude to be in a Cardiologist office!!! The Dr are great but they need to revamp the front desk ASAP! I will be calling BCBS to complain, my mom is 83 years old and the way they talk in there makes you want to fight them, disrespectful to the fullest, I am making formal complaints to BCBS and Beaumont!
Great visit! Each and every staff member was very helpful and friendly! In and out in 45 minutes. Nurse Andrew is great and so was PA Brandon. Thank you Academic Cardiology Associates 😊
