Worst office I’ve ever dealt with. My mom has had issues with them processing her insurance that they told us they accept for two weeks due to a letter missing in her name. Their excuse was this was due to their own policy. This is something any competent office could have quickly verified or corrected. Instead, they delayed her care for two weeks so the stress and uncertainty of her exam can accumulate. We went to another provider who immediately accepted the same insurance without issue.
