Was going to be seen here but takes months to get in and the lady I talked to was so rude. All I asked was to be put on the waitlist if I schedule. We didn’t even make it that far. From the reviews, I see the reschedule a lot last minute. Not worth it.
I’ve been waiting months for a new pt appt. I had to reschedule once and gave a month in advance. No problem rescheduled to today. They called to say they have to cancel for today because the person I’m seeing is sick. The kicker is-the next appt I can get is the end of January. How am I wait 6 months as a new pt appointment and they let me know the morning of that it needs to be reschedule? I can’t see another physician or even get anything sooner at this location. Always rescheduling appt same day and waiting months to get back in but if you cancel same day it’s a $50 fee
Worse place to be seen. They want you to come back over and over and even if you cancel an appt they charge you for no show fee which is $50. Look for somewhere else.
