Richard is highly professional and very clean. As a LMT myself, I can tell you he knows his stuff. Richard keeps a good pace and does not waste any time so you get the all the attention. He has excellent strength and stamina and being a runner athlete, he knows how to address your issues if injured. This is more of a sports massage that still feels good with a little deep tissue mixed in.
