My experience with this company and Brian Woods has been the worst of any and or/all of my experiences in Lexington. He WILL NOT return phone calls, repeatedly asks for Documentation and when sent simply delays and delays obviously hoping I will go away. The beginning of this whole problem was when his company performed a "service" on my irrigation system that was ABSOLUTELY UNAUTHORIZED. This action resulted in excess of $800.00 of water billing.
