This review should be only 0 star but I am giving it a fighting chance because the online option is very easy to work with. I am very displeased with my service though, I put in an order to have some flowers delivered to my mother for Valentines early that morning. I tried for several hours to get ahold of the store trying to see if the order was going to be delivered before she got off of work. No one ever answered my phone call. The funeral spray on the stand was noticeably small and didn't have premium flowers for the price. The casket spray was lovely but smaller than expected. We needed the arrangements within the week. Acacia smoothly facilitated the delivery with the funeral home & church perfectly without any further communication from us. Thank you for making this portion of the final arrangements fast and stressful☺️. We appreciate your professionalism.

I am so pleased with the service I received. I had no clue what I really needed and I came in the day before I needed the product. I was given such wonderful service in terms of product, quality of work, price, and quick time. Thank you so much for helping me on the spot. I definitely recommend Acacia and will call on them again!
