Was the Dentist able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? No Will this Dentist try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Somewhat Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Somewhat Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Not at all, it felt dirtier than it did when I arrived Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? No, he/she did not appear to care very much Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? A little, it was faint but I noticed one

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Yes, I was scared to say anything

i WENT TO aCACIA DENTAL. i TOLD THEM HOW MUCH PAIN i WAS IN. tHEY TOLD ME i NEEDED TWO ROOT CANNALS AND GAVE ME *&^%$# MOTRIN, i AM IN CONSTANT PAIN AND THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. i HAVE TRIED EVERY 5 MINUTES FOR THE PAST TWO AND A HALF HOURS. nEVER AGAIN WILL i GO THERE.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The dentists talk down to you or are frankly rude. I feel like my appointment was pointless. The office was very easy to locate. Every appointment that I scheduled was messed up--and they spoke rudely to me as if it was my fault. They had no record of one appointment at all when I showed up. They messed up my molds and I had to go back a second time and have shots in my gums. Then they ... read more

I would not recommend this office to anyone. They are not friendly at all and some what rude. Felt like I was at a funeral home. I was very uneasy during my appointment and was never able to fully relax. I was hoping they would give me an invoice, but it took time. Then the owed me over 200.00 back and it has been over a month and no money yet. My teeth cleaning felt very rushed. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean it thoroughly. I wish I had gone with my instints and left.
