Remodeled Motel 6 hotel into apartments. Offering studios from $750 and also have storage place available. Swimming pool open all year long. It's now managed by Warren Properties
SKETCHY! DO NOT RENT HERE! PLENTY OF BETTER OPTIONS FOR THE PRICE! Rented for 8 months, place is sketchy, people loitering, drinking and doing drugs until all hours of the night in the parking lot... Left the apartment spotless upon move-out except for 1 single laminate floor tile (which was the cheapest flooring possible and got stained by a shipping label on a box that got damp)... they charged me $1,300 to replace the floor IN THE ENTIRE UNIT instead of replacing the single damaged panel. I am a 56-year-old woman who has lived alone in this building for four years. Honestly, the staff are great, and the maintenance workers are very efficient. When I ask them for any repair, they respond. However, I hope the rent doesn't go up, especially for the elderly and those living alone. I work 6 days a week to provide for myself a comfortable life where I don't need anyone, and yet everyone at that age is in dire need of care and the security of owning an apartment.
