Lived here for a little over 6 months and it’s TERRIBLE! They have pest control come out every once in a while , but realistically acacia needs to have them come every 2 weeks. That’s how bad the roaches and bugs are inside. NEXT, they tried to charge me an extra months rent of $850 at the end of 2025. Luckily I wasn’t dumb enough to pay that fine , because I knew I had already paid rent. The notice was on my app for 2 days to have me pay it! Roaches out the wazooI and now owe apparently eight hundred and ninety dollars from these people gave them my address.I was moving to never got email call or mail.And now apparently, ninety days later, I get hit by a debt collector that says, that i'm already compounding interest on the debt to even before they reached out to talk to me saying I owed said debt warrant will not talk to me about any of the problems that I'm facing right now. I have lived her since 2018 and I love it. No loud music. No drinking outside. Never once had a problem here
I don't even know where to start. I am handicapped and the complex has locked me out of my apartment mailbox. This is the second or third time. The last time maintenance had to come unlock it. This time they can't do anything unless I come to the office and they check the key and maybe put in a new mailbox lock. I cannot physically do this. I could meet the management person at the mailbox ... but that isn't an option. Bad customer service.
