Carla is a very incompetent and to top it off rude manager for no reason. After a year of living there i never ever was late on rent. I decided to renew lease for 1 more year. The first month on my new lease i was unable to pay rent online. I brought to her attention on the first the second and the 3rd. A cheap place to live and safe overall. It's a pretty Spartan place to live and really just provides the bare essentials. It's main appeal is it's affordability, not it's luxury. It's a good option for those who don't make a lot of money. They could do a better job at posting notices and returning phone calls. Notices need to be posted around the complex in advance. Residents lookout for each other and they’re quiet. This is one of the quietest apartments I’ve ever lived at. Pools are clean year-round. The maintenance & front office people have always been helpful & respectful. Rent is affordable & you’re a quick drive to just about anything in Fort Worth. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in the area!
