Julie at Acabello has great cutting technique and eye for style – I have been in the industry for over 10 years and with that have had many hands work on this head of hair. JULIE did a super job of analyzing my hair type and then making the appropriate recommendations. I have not been this happy with a cut and style in years. Her training with the Bumble and Bumble Academy has served her well. kim

SARA IS AMAZING!! – I started off as a walk-in and have been with Sara for nearly three years. She is so talented and a great listener. Sara gives me the most amazing highlights -- I constantly get complimented by friends and strangers. She keeps my style fresh and beautiful. I could not live without her!

Lori Mauer is great at Acabelo – I've been getting my hair cut by Lori for quite a while now and think she's great. She changes it up for me just when I'm about to get bored with a look. I get lots of compliments on my hair too. She's warm and a just plain wonderful human being as well.

Glenda is a rock star! – It is so refreshing to get my hair cut and colored by someone so experienced, with an eye for what looks great on each individual! I have been so happy with Glenda...I feel fantastic every time I leave the salon. All this and she is hilarious and REAL! Thank you, Glenda!!!

Wade is the best!! – Wade gave me the best haircut of my life. He also took the time to show me how to style my hair for different occasions. He is so nice and fun and also easy to talk to. He listens to the client. I no longer live in SF, but I always enjoyed having my hair done by Wade. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair because of Wade. He is so talented and has a good eye. It's going to be hard to find someone who can replace Wade. Whenever I am in SF I will definitely go back to Wade.

Glenda - sucks! – Ok- I don't know who these people are but Glenda aint that great. I used to live in NYC and what makes a good colorist and stylist IS-- a good eye, actually listening to the client and above all making the client look fabulous no matter what haircut/color they are getting. I looked worse than when I came in. Disappointing, frustrating and time consuming--I had to get my hair redone at another salon.

Glenda is a genius! – I moved to SF from Chicago and was in desparate need of a stylist more than 6 years ago. My entire family is in the hair business, in the midwest, so I know what to look for. Glenda at Acabello Salon was the answer. She is a talented stylist and colorist (finding both skill sets in one person is rare).
