Paid Sandro in full for installation of gutters around our home but unfortunately there was one side we couldn't get done because my neighbor had pool construction going on. Sandro told us not to worry to call him when the construction was done and he would come back to finish the job. We've been after him since May of this year. All he does is give us excuses or will not answer our calls at all. He will not return messages or text either.
