Ok, so I called because of their ratings & when I asked to schedule an inspection for an estimate they charge an up front 100 dollars, non refundable & they do not apply it to the bill if you have them do the work. This is bad businesses & it means $$$ is their top priority not necessarily their customers or potential customers. This type of business conduct has always been a big red flag for me.
