The first day we waited ONLY 5 hours for them to arrive even though we scheduled a time days in advance. An hour after they did finally come “fix” our ac, and we paid them, we noticed it started heavily leaking. Our bed was soaked. We called them back and for 24 hours they kept telling us they were going to come, going to call us back, someone was on the way etc. We wasted another full day waiting around and they never showed up or got back to us. This place is a mess. We had them come because we had an AC partially installed. We had an appointment for 2PM and they finally came at 6PM after much chasing & begging. The repair man was great, finished installation quickly, but within 15 minutes the AC was pouring out water. Obviously the system was not fully checked before he left us and charged us.
