Overall, a great business hotel with thoughtful service. Ty at the front desk provided a smooth, friendly, and professional check-in experience. Small touches such as the discount vouchers and lavender bags available in the lobby also show that the hotel genuinely cares about the guest experience. Our monthly happy hour group of eight older adults had an excellent service experience in the AC Hotel hotel bar on 09/04, the Friday of Labor Day Weekend. Our reciepts show us at table L4 where we all landed after a few of us started at the bar around 6pm. The area bar appeared lightly staffed, which initially gave some concern about how well our evening might proceed, but bartender/server TJ was on his game handling the entire room. Great location alot going on in the city. Cute decor Check in was at 3 or 4 The bar was cute drinks are good wings are good ! The room was cold but cute . Smelled good Breakfast was good lonny was attentive and sweet i left my credit card and she came to the elevator to find me . Thank goodness that would have been a mess i checked out shortly after .
