AC Hotel was a great choice for my stay in Downtown Los Angeles. I was attending a seminar at the Convention Center, so the location made everything much easier. I paid about $35 in total for this breakfast, including the mandatory 20% staff charge, and the service was extremely disappointing. The breakfast itself was mostly carbs, fruit and cheese, with no substantial meat or protein included unless you paid extra for bacon or chicken sausage. What bothered me most was the service. Jackeline & Dalia were exceptional service and hospitality during our brunches. Both personable and professional.
First I have never encountered a $125 a night deposit so I stayed 4 nights have a charge of $500 on my credit card. So if I stay 10 nights $1250. Which is ridiculous. Then it takes 2 - 4 weeks to refund what a joke. My role is not to lend Marriot my money interest free. I m the guest paying to stay there..
