Never received the thermostat I orderered. Shipment was via Fed Ex. The tracking number was 480700726452. I live in a quiet neighborhood and work at home.
Zero reliability and Zero communication. Not even a courtesy call to let you know they cannot make it. Very disappointed especially when was highly recommended.
