⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ DJ was incredible! He instantly found the cause of our humidity issue and explained everything clearly — even why the FOV setup makes sense up north but not in Florida. He checked airflow in every room, inspected both units, and was professional, polite, and right on time. I’m calling AC Designs again for sure, and I’m absolutely requesting DJ. Fantastic service!
I received a threatening email today from Dispatcher Rebecka. I had a service man come out on Monday. While he was in my home I attempted to make a payment twice. The service man attempted one more time but his hand held computer just kept spinning. Frustrated by so many attempts, he said to just call and make a payment. I said that was fine. So I had them install a dehumidifier system in my home in Palm Coast FL. Rob the sales guy was my best friend to get the “cash” I paid for the unit and install. After the install I was told they don’t have a new updated thermostat or controller for the unit installed in my house. But a solution would be soon.
