Last week, after Chris completed HVAC maintenance on our three units & replaced two capacitors, my daughter’s air went out. I called & Debbie sent a stay message to Chris. Within two hours, Chris was here! Turned out that one of the new capacitors was faulty. He replaced it & all is well now! Of course, no charge for that visit, but Chris’s prices are excellent & he does not upsell! He is genuinely kind & caring about his customers! Debbie is so sweet & efficient. I feel comfortable with their help!

Chris and AC Comfort Solutions LLC were fantastic. Chris was straightforward, honest, and genuinely focused on finding the right solution rather than selling me something I didn’t need. Another, much larger HVAC company had recommended a repair that would have cost me significantly more money. Chris took the time to properly diagnose the issue and found that the actual fix was simple and inexpensive. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism.
