We just had a home water system inspection and water heater drain performed by McKinley Unruh. He noted our high water pressure and a couple other smaller concerns. Gave us a price and some pointers which we are considering. We have been with A/C by Jay for a while and have had other work done by them. We are happy with them.

We've used AC by J for years for all of our HVAC needs. Most recently we had a whole-house air quality system installed. Tim Anderson (with whom we have worked many times) did an analysis of the air quality in our home, suggested a system for us, and installed the system. He was his usually pleasant, professional, efficient self, and we are very happy with the results. I recommend AC by J without hesitation!

Andrew did a terrific job explaining and installing a reverse osmosis unit. He called me prior to his arrival and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installation was done the same day that I called. He was able to install the unit in a way that preserved space for a sliding tray, which my wife will very much appreciate. He did an excellent installation and explained the start up process well. Overall, 5 stars!

John, with the plumbing division of AC by J, provided excellent service. He diagnosed a serious issue with the hot water heater and offered several replacement solutions. I highly recommend AC by J.

SRP turned off the electricity in my area to replace a transformer, and when they turned it back on about 40 minutes later the AC/Heating unit had no power. Reseting the circuit breaker did not help. I phoned AC by Jay and 2 hours later Greg arrived and rapidly got things working again. The service was fast and Greg cleaned up the work area. I was quite happy. dave

Have been a customer for 38 years because A/C by Jay is so trustworthy. I cannot sing their praises enough. They send excellent techs, never keep me waiting if there’s a heating or cooling problem, are always thoughtful and polite, and they have my back! They also provide a monthly payment plan for the twice yearly tuneups, which I really appreciate! Of all the service people I’ve hired over the past 42 years in Scottsdale, they have set the gold standard for reliability.
