I had my home HVAC you nstalked by them 3 years ago. Including new air ducts. I have it routinely maintenances by them. All technicians have been polite, timely, and knowledgeable . I will continue to use them and would highly recommend them for maintenance and installations
Nathan is an excellent representative of this company. He is technically proficient, courteous and goes the extra mile which is not so common in today's tech provider market. I would have him come back to service my AC without a thought. The company is responsive and professional. However, its high "flat rate charges" led me to render 4 star rating as an over all company review but Nathan brings the review up to the full five. Lesson learned.......AC by J, keep this guy happy! I am very happy with my service technician Tim Anderson . He is knowledgeable, friendly, honest and has very good customer service skills. He also services my moms ac unit and she is very high expectations and he meets or exceeds them. I would highly recommend Tim Anderson.

Nathan was just wonderful and did a thorough inspection of what needed to be done, took the time to answer all of my questions, and was very good about all the Covid19 protocols. If it was a different time, I would have given him a hug for his help!!
It was time to get new heat pumps for our house and couldn’t be happier with AC by J. All the technicians and the sales person were great.
Plumbing visit was exceptional! McKinley arrived early and inspected several issues which needed attention. He advised a course of action and began the repairs promptly. He quickly finished the job and showed me completed project. Another great experience with AC by J!
