Rick and his team are great to work with and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quick, efficient, and quality IT service.
Totally do not recommend. That "technical support" just would ignore your inquieries.
Rick saved our businesses. We had total stoppage of our online sites and activities due to phishing / malware (not exactly sure of the tech here---all I know, it was techageddon in our world). The Geek Squad and other support tried for a couple of weeks and failed to fixed the problems. Rick solved my problems in a few days. He was available, responsive---highly recommend.
