I’ve been a patient for almost a year. You can never reach the staff and they get back to you days later. Every phone call goes to voicemail. You can’t even speak to the front desk. I had an appointment scheduled via phone and when I waited over 45 minutes after paying my co pay for an appointment I haven’t even seen my provider after making them aware of serious health issues I’ve had. Dr Brandon has changed my life. I can't tell you how bad my health and life had gotten at 62. For 8 years I thought life was just getting so bad I just couldn't imagine that I wanted to keep going thru life like this.
