I have had horrible issues with the billing department. They have failed to tell me that they were no longer in network with my insurance and then tried to bill me for a copay that was 8 times more then what it should have been. When I confronted them on this they said some people don't mind when their insurance is no longer in network because they really like the dentists that work there. RecommendedI'm one of Dr Chaveleh patient's, not only has she helped and made my dental fears more comfortable, shes been honest and open about my dental situation. she's offered situations that'll help my oral health in the long term along with a oral health plan that makes me happy esthetically. most dental offices care more about the money than the smile, and this dental office fully proves they care about their patients. 💖
Dr Hilton is the very best! He takes the time to listen and he is thorough. He doesn’t treat me like a number. Lindsay is my hygienist and she is amazing! Excellent skills and so kind. Staff here works hard to take care of the patients and you won’t find this level of patient care anywhere else!
Amazed by this dental office. My husband had to come in this past Saturday and needed a root canal. We called and they got us in within an hour. The office staff was amazing! Very friendly and making sure we were comfortable at all times. But, I have to say we were both blown away by Dr. Simmonds. He was very friendly and comforting which was great because my husband has avoided going to the dentist since he has had horrible experiences in the past. Dr. Townsend definitely came through in a pinch for me when my pain was at an unbearable level. He just became my official dentist after last night.
