The front staff was very welcoming and let the dentist know I was there. After a very short wait another staff member brought me to a room for dental pictures. She explained what she was doing and also friendly and welcoming. A dental assistant named Ashleen brought me back to the procedure room. She took some X-rays and explained what was to be done. I have had horrible issues with the billing department. They have failed to tell me that they were no longer in network with my insurance and then tried to bill me for a copay that was 8 times more then what it should have been. When I confronted them on this they said some people don't mind when their insurance is no longer in network because they really like the dentists that work there.
