If you are expecting a real mexican restaurant, this is not it. Its what an american think a mexican restaurant is. Its a glorified fast food

At our last duty station in Kansas we became regulars at Abuelo's. When we got stationed at MacDill in Tampa we where saddened that there wasn't one in Tampa. So last night we decided to make the hour drive to Lakeland for dinner. I tried calling several times prior to arrival to make call ahead seating but no one answered the phone. Our food was amazing and everything else was great. Our waiter was great and took care of us very well.
