Paul and Mike came and replaced my electric water heater on an emergency basis (in the evening) and did a great job! The water heater is tied into a complicated solar panel system and they had to do some custom piping work -- which they did promptly and efficiently. The work was done right and I had hot water within 90 minutes. They cleaned up and left things looking good. They were both extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. I would use them again, for sure!
Dan did just an excellent job. Came out the day after Thanksgiving when we had a house full of guests and diagnosed our plumbing problem--one that had actually been going on for years but only showed up when we had house guests. He got us unplugged for the holiday weekend and came back to do the real job the next week. Gave us options, pricing, warranty info and we decided on the total fix. Dan arrived on time, was good-natured and friendly. Gave thorough explanations of the work to be done and the cost. Before he left, he explained several things I could do to maintain the system.
