I spent $20,000 with ABT to put in two boilers at our store. Now that it needs service they send Paul who has no idea how to service it, what the error code means and he just throws out prices with no idea what's even wrong with it. One minute it could be 175 then 800 then 550. Was apparent he didnt want to be there and didnt want to work on it. All I heard from him was complaining. I am very disappointed in the service that we have received. We spent over $7000 to upgrade our heater and have been without heat for over 7 days this winter. Dakota has been out 3 times but each time it only lasts a few days. Going into Christmas now and have NO heat. The part was ordered on Wednesday. I contacted them on Thursday to stress that with over night shipping there should be no reason why the part could not be here on Friday, or they should hire someone to come out on Saturday, yet no show and no phone call. ABT and Dakota saved us today! My air conditioner went out a few weeks ago and knowing I'll be replacing it sooner rather than later because the compressor isn't in the best shape, I feared the worst. We endured the heat with fans for a bit but finally I said screw it, let's get someone out here to tell me what the damage is. We had a hot water heater burst in the middle of the night and flood our garage. We called ABT Plumbing in Grass Valley, and from the first phone call to the final installation of a new water heater, the whole experience was professional and excellent. This is a bit late, but I’m always behind. The team, and I say team because these folks work together so smoothly it’s incredible. We had the heater and ac replaced at my parents home.
