The only reason I am giving a one star is because there is no zero star option, but the non-English speaking workers do deserve some credit for the fine work they did on my cottage foundation. Horrible and disgusting. They sent two un supervised workers who could not understand nor speak english. I was promised by the sales Rep that dust control would be used and the finished concrete would be a smooth finish. The workers did not use any dust abatement. They opened my basement windows and left my door to the upstairs open. Filling my entire house with fine concrete dust. The final finish was full of deep divots and rough concrete. they were prompt on time and did a great job of repairing and cleanup.
Workers were very professional, did a nice job and cleaned up the areas. Office staff was very timely with any updates or notifications. My problems were solved. Thank you.
These folks pulled up in font of my neighbors house this morning, went to work. Our driveways are joined side by side, with theirs deeper and wider at the back where they park. My vehicles are parked toward the front of the houses, along the side of the neighbors and mine. These professional folks went to work chipping, drilling, etc. less than five feet from my truck.
