It's hard to find someone with integrity and honesty these days. My experience with Chris and Absolutes was simply refreshing. He walked me through every step and explained everything very clearly. Chris worked in the blistering sun to replace my ac unit so that my family could be comfortable. He went above and beyond making sure that I understood everything and was absolutely happy with the service. I would highly recommend AbsoLutes as Chris is now the only hvac person I'll work with.

I had trouble with my water heater and wasn't sure who to call about it, and I saw good reviews for absolutes heatting and cooling so I decided to give them a try. I was definitely impressed! I messaged them on their page on a Saturday and didn't expect them to see it until Monday but they messaged me back right away! They even came in to take a look at my water heater on a Sunday. Very happy that I chose them and would definitely recommend to anyone.

We met Chris late spring through Facebook. He was willing to drive to Joliet area to install my a/c unit so we drove to Peoria to meet face to face and get to know him personally. Gave him a deposit and hoped I’d see him in a week or two. He showed up right on time and the his first words were ‘told you I’d show up’. Gotta love it.
