Great company, very professional
The Company name is the rating they deserve, but that option is not available. Three service calls within 16 days, including one ‘complete diagnostic check-up’ resulted in replacing a run capacitor with the part alone being charged $308 and a blown fuse that had a charge of $45 for just the part. Online, the same EXACT capacitor costs $17.99 and the $45 fuse is less than $5 at Home Depot. Absolute Zero installed two 3.5 ton Trane split systems at my house back in January 2009 (9 ½ yeas ago). I selected them after a thorough search and comparison of several HVAC companies.
