Sent my claim to my insurance last night and was advised they would be out between 8-10am. Received a call from Fernando around 830a advising they had to get my window shipped to Bakersfield and it would be in later this afternoon. They kept me informed of what was going on and called when they were on their way. They are prompt, courteous, fast & reliable, will definitely use them again if needed and will recommend to anyone who needs a window replaced. Thank you!
