BEWARE – Zero communication, unauthorized charges, and no accountability. Similar to the other poor reviews, my technician arrived late and outside of the time window I was given so I missed their call. When I called back 15 minutes later I was told I would have to reschedule. Since then it has been a nightmare. This company has charged my credit card 5 times for a total of over $2,000 for what should have been a $500 service that was NEVER performed. Terrible service. After spraying in March, we saw live centipedes in April. Company ask another $75 to come out, even we are enrolled in “yearly service” I will not choose this company.
