Scheduling my termite tenting was a seamless process. The office staff are always courteous and respectful. Brittany, Skye, and Jayshia have been polite and accommodating to my needs. They are responsive and ensures my questions are answered. Jahshua Starkey came to do a walk through to identify items in and outside of my property in preparation for the tenting. The appointment was set up in advance, serviced not performed due to an "out of world" can't believe something so simple, could go so wrong experience. Wasted hours of the homeowners time. After reporting issues, Mgmt did not even bother to care and no follow-up. It appeared that they tried to throw the Tech "under the bus". There are many other Pest Control Companies and we are Absolutely finished with Absolute Termite and Pest Control. It's a 5 star for the good Tech.
