Today i am a little confused and really upset... Today i am a little confused and really upset a bit... Everytime i come in there, you tell me, no balance, i am good to go and the Doc told me that the ins. company completely covered my crowns to be made, however, when i left on 12/19 the receptionist told me i owed about $1300. What a surprise to me right before Christmas, she said i have always owed about $270.00, i have never been told that... I do want some resolution to this..

I was worried that it would be painful because it was a cavity in the very back tooth. Pain free! Thank you Dr. Chastain and thanks to the rest of your staff for being so friendly and kind. See you in December for teeth cleaning!
