Today i am a little confused and really upset a bit... Everytime i come in there, you tell me, no balance, i am good to go and the Doc told me that the ins. company completely covered my crowns to be made, however, when i left on 12/19 the receptionist told me i owed about $1300. What a surprise to me right before Christmas, she said i have always owed about $270.00, i have never been told that... I do want some resolution to this..
