I received a phone call about ten minutes after submitting an online request for quote. Jonathan was there a couple of hours later giving me an estimate. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. He completed the job quickly and I am very happy with the result.
I was impressed with Jonathan's professionalism and good customer service. He removed and replaced a pedestal sink and did so in a prompt manner. He did excellent work and I definitely will call him in the future for any of our plumbing needs.
Jonathan decided to "fix" my other toilet (I saw nothing wrong with it, and did not ask him to do so), and it then ran constantly from that day on. I had to pay another plumber to come in and re-fix his tampering. Jonathan and his employee showed no respect for my home. They set their products on my furniture, tracked filth into my home, and in the end, I did not let them finish as I did not want them to come in even one more day.
