Jonathan who is also the owner of Absolute was OUTSTANDING He called me within a minutes of my inquiry and met me at Home Depot to haul the 3 toilets to my home and install them. Very service oriented, efficient and clean.....I have already recommended him to 2 of my neighbors....and i have some other work that i reviewed with him and will schedule in the near future...

We had a difficult problem that other plumbers had not been able to diagnose, and would not even bid on because they thought it was necessary to rip out the recently completed tile showerfloor that was affected by some unknown leak underground. Jonathan diagnosed it with his camera (no charge), gave us an estimate, and was able to start work the next day. Requested a toilet repair (leak between tank and bowl). Was recommended to replace toilet which I did . Labor charge increased a bit from quote ($250) to completion ($285) even though the actual labor took less than an hour. I'd probably use Absolute again for a repair but not too certain about a renovation project due to labor cost.

thank you for using our services, to justify the price we had to pick up the toilet from home depot for the customer, remove old leaky toilet and broken bolts from second story bathroom, install new wax ring, bolts, single piece kohler toilet with special bolts instructions, since the the floor was wet and rotten we had to shim the bottom of the bowl to sit properly, we haul away old toilet for customer, the angle stop was leaking so we recommended to be replace with the supply riser at additional cost, customer agreed.
On time, excellent job.
Jonathan was prompt, explained what needed to be done and did what he said he was going to do in a professional manner. His rates were comparable to other quotes, but he did not charge extra for having to come twice or for working on the weekend. I will call him again if I need more plumbing work.
