After using absolute pest for years on my other property I hired them to spray another house and crawlspace. The tech was over 20 min late. When he got there he refused to spray the crawlspace as agreed. His 1st words were I know that lady at the office told you we would spray your crawalspace but we dont do that. I called the company and the owner would not come to the phone and his wife yelled and screamed saying she knows her business but for some reason forgot they don't spray crawalspaces. Selling my house and my attorney called them for the termite inspection. Fair price on the inspection but they picked at 2 exterior door frames with a screw driver and ruined the frames. The door frames had some water damage from the last hurricane and they destroyed them. Had to pay a licensed SC contractor $300 to repair just to sell the home - another ripoff!
