John was really helpful to get us started with the project and made sure to keep everything on time. Any questions I have had have been explained professionally and with precision. Truly a wonderful company to work with. The AMC Team helped remediate and restore our property. They were very thorough, responsive, and timely in their work and they did a great job helping us navigate the remediation/restoration process. Although I didn't reach out to hire for remediation, I spoke with Bryant who took time out of his busy schedule to give me feedback about mold reports I had received. I appreciate that this is not something he had time for and he obviously wasn't being paid to do it, so I really appreciated it, especially as I couldn't manage to get advice from other companies I had called. He was VERY knowledgeable, honest and above all, kind.

Full disclosure: I didn't end up using AMC's physical restoration services, but I felt compelled to write this review because of Brian's incredible customer service. During a stressful and panicked remediation emergency, I found Absolute Maintenance & Consulting. Brian was quick to respond, exceptionally kind, and gracious with his time.
