Absolute Maintenance did some extensive work under the house a couple of year's ago, so when I started smelling mildew in one of the kitchen cabinets, I knew who to call. We experienced severe water leakage that damaged the wood floor in our living room. Absolute Maintenance quickly identified the cause and provided the investigation and repairs. After a slow ceiling leak from last winter finally showed spots in our hallway, I scheduled Absolute Maintenance & Consulting in Los Angeles for mold remediation in mid July. I was dreading walls being ripped open everywhere but the inspector mapped moisture with a meter first, then marked only the sections that actually needed removal.
