Absolute Maintenance did some extensive work under the house a couple of year's ago, so when I started smelling mildew in one of the kitchen cabinets, I knew who to call. After a slow ceiling leak from last winter finally showed spots in our hallway, I scheduled Absolute Maintenance & Consulting in Los Angeles for mold remediation in mid July. We experienced severe water leakage that damaged the wood floor in our living room. Absolute Maintenance quickly identified the cause and provided the investigation and repairs.
