Kara was simply amazing. I told her that I needed a new clasp, she explained that it would take a while because she was a little backed up. Once she took a closer look, she repaired the existing clasp on my chain in less than a minute. She’s kind, honest and takes pride in her work! I’ll definitely take all my jewelry and watches to her.

she was amazing! soo sweet! her timing was amazing. when i called her to ask her how long it would take for her to resize my ring she said just bring It in and let me see it. I brought it in and she did it right then and there. And now my ring fits perfect and I’m super happy. Will be definitely bringing the rest of my jewelry to her & My boyfriend! I’m going to be recommending her to anybody who asks! great pricing too!

This actually deserves a zero rating. I took my necklace to be soldered and was told that it may be ready that day but definitely the next day. I asked what were the hours and was told 12-6 (which are different from mall hours). I paid for the repair and she wrote on my receipt; said she would write it on her ticket and sent a text verifying payment. Kara was very kind and flexible. They offered great options, made quick modifications to some jewelry I had brought in, and were easy to reach and communicate with. Their prices are great and service even better. Their assistant Tina was really helpful and kind too!
