About a week ago I had to have my wedding ring cut off and yesterday october 8th I went here to see if my ring can be repaired and resized. The owner was able to fix and resize my ring within 24 hours! I am so happy I highly recommend coming here for any and all repairs!

I wish I could rate this a zero. I was referred to the kiosk because they do “heat repairs”. From talking to her she bad mouthed the business that referred me to her. Then after looking at my repair she immediately told me “you’re screwed” and started laughing, then she looked at it under a magnifying glass and said “sorry” and quickly moved on to the next person in line. I was wanting to get my deceased grandmothers watch fixed, so I could wear something of hers and the lady didn’t even have enough respect to tell me nicely... read more

Kara beside manners "SUCKS" very rude and unprofessional, impolite. She is nasty and she overcharges. If you decide to do business with her watch out for her fast talking, she contradicts herself. When I picked up my jewelry, she had it in a nasty plastic, sticky outside and wet inside with my bracelet inside. She is a low down nasty con artist...I rate her and her work a 0.
