I went to Kara with a problem and she handled it, promptly & professionally. Quality care & customer service can be rare nowadays, but it’s good to know it’s still out there. I’m grateful. If you have any issues with your watches or jewelry, this is the place to go. I’ll be back if time permits
I'm not satisfied with Absolute Jewelry Repair’s work/service, my rope necklace looks like she just took a tiny jump ring to connect the broken parts. It doesn't even look professionally repaired nor does it look safe to wear without losing it, I really expected more. I paid my $43 and brought it to her attention, she told me to bring it back & that she’ll take care of it. I broke the clasp on my charm bracelet and when I brought it here they fixed it for free! They were fantastic!
Kara was simply amazing. I told her that I needed a new clasp, she explained that it would take a while because she was a little backed up. Once she took a closer look, she repaired the existing clasp on my chain in less than a minute. She’s kind, honest and takes pride in her work! I’ll definitely take all my jewelry and watches to her.
The lady was rude and very unprofessional...... Bad attitude!!!
