I've seen the same chiropractor for over two years. The treatments helped to a degree but I never got beyond a certain point. Then a friend referred me to AHC and things have been really getting better now! The adjustments work great with the Active Care and the on site massage therapist is a plus!
Won a massage and chiropractic back scan by filing an entry blank at Pride Portland but I will most definitely be back as a ongoing paying customer. Lindsay is an amazing massage therapist who really listened and concentrated on my problem areas. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and has magical hands!
I've been seeing Dr. Cait for the last 3 years and it's been the best decision I've ever made. My first appointment with her was after a 8 day long migraine. I was in tears I was so miserable. But after starting regular chiropractic adjustments, my migraines have become less frequent and less painful. I love Dr. Cait and the whole Absolute Health Chiropractic team so much!!
I've been dealing with pain in my arm for at least 6 months. I wrongly thought it was a muscular issue that would eventually go away, but it wasn't. When I described it to Dr. Cait, she immediately knew what my problem was, and with one simple adjustment, I am finally pain free. She is amazing.
