Joanne is a very professional and pleasant hair stylist.
Joanne is a fabulous hairdresser and a fabulous person all the way around. After getting your hair done, you're not just happy about how great she's made you look but you leave there feeling like you've just spent time with a friend.
Although I see great reviews, I had the most disappointing and shocking experience from this hair stylist. I came to see her two days before my wedding. I have thick longer hair. She did a chop job that made me cry a month later after going to another stylists in NBay. She literally chopped and left a huge gap in my hair at the back that wasn’t visible till I went to a new stylists. My hair looked like it had steps in the back.
